Regular feedback is taken seriously, cleanliness is maintained well, and the staff is polite and cooperative. The availability of doctors at any time, especially during emergencies, gives patients and their families a great sense of confidence and reassurance.
A special appreciation for Dr. Aarti Ma’am, whose behaviour is truly commendable. She is very polite, understanding, approachable, and gives proper attention to every patient. Dr. Daisy Patahk is very experienced, caring, and professional. She listens patiently and explains everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured.
However, I was not very satisfied with the staff. They could be more polite, attentive, and cooperative with patients. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the overall patient experience.
